Refunds will be made directly to the payment method used to checkout within 10 working days post-cancellation. Refunds are applicable only for products received in damaged condition while opening or cancellation before shipping. (Unboxing video compulsory)

If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order within 7 days of receipt.

For Refund of a return, the refund shall be processed only after the receipt of the Product. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Full Amount paid shall be credited into the Bank Account or your payment mode through which the payment was was made. 

A refund shall not be processed if a) incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, b) there are 2 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency c) the package is refused by the recipient.
